A plastering grade ready mixed mortar containing well-graded sharp sand, sieved, matured buxton lime putty and horsehair.

Used for plastering and backing coat renders.

All our pre-mixed lime putty mixes are made right here at Old House Store in Oxfordshire and are used extensively throughout the UK by conservation companies, as well as charitable organisations such as The National Trust and The English Heritage.  A recent major restoration project for Historic Scotland, used Old House Store's mortars and plasters at STIRLING CASTLE, Scotland.

 

Supplied in 25kg bags, 500kg and 1000kg bulk dumpy bags with plastic bale liners.  All 500kg and 1000kg dumpy bags are delivered in wooden crates for secure transport.
